Causal Cognition in Humans and Machines

This is a two-day interdisciplinary workshop, which will bring together academic researchers from the fields of psychology, neuroscience, cognitive science, physics, linguistics, education, computer science, and philosophy. 

Key goals:

  • To generate an interdisciplinary research culture among those interested in causal cognition, and to set up a platform for new research collaborations.  
  • To identify methodological innovations for the analysis of cognition about causal processes. 
  • To facilitate interactions between researchers and to promote professional socialization and networking.
